Camera/Tripod Tutorial

Camera Tutorial
To first start filming on the Nikon D3200 the best thing to do is press the LV button located near the OK button. This will make anything that your lens sees appear on the screen, this makes it easier when filming on a tripod as you wont have to be so close to the camera which reduces camera shake. The camera also comes equipped with a auto focus and a manual focus feature. Depending on the situation you may want to change that. To auto focus hold down the silver shutter button on the top of the camera and it should automatically focus on what ever your focus point is. To switch to manual, there should be a switch on your lens saying A-M. Just slide to M and you'll be in manual.

Tripod Tutorial
The tripod i will be using is a velbon one. These tripods aren't very complicated. To extend the legs of the tripod flip open the switches holding the legs shut, and then shut the switch's when you have the desired length.  To attach the camera you need to screw the footer that comes with the tripod onto the bottom of the camera. To attach the camera now you've got the footer on, it should just slide into place and be held there tightly. To take the camera off undo the lever thats holding the camera in place and it should easily be pulled off
